Products may be return only in the conditions of the product being damaged during shipment. Damage products must be received 7 days after confirmed delivery. When will my order ship?
Our products usually ship within 3-5 BUSINESS Days Monday through Friday it does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Besides shipping Domestically we currently ship to Canada and U.K.

When product is used its good for 1 year, when not in use its good for 3 years.
How many times can I use Lashes?
Average of 25- 30 wears, shape remains the same after multiple use.
Does your shadows only come as a palette?
At the moment we do only carry palettes for our eye shadows.
Are your products Cruelty free?
Yes, it is our strict policy to NOT test on animals. So all our products are cruelty free.
Are your products safe to use?
